- Bananas Foster French Toast – Challah bread and banana fosters sauce served with bacon
- Treasure Omelet – Golden cheddar, ham, bell peppers and onions served with home fries
- Blueberry Pancakes – Buttermilk pancakes studded with blueberries and covered with housemade blueberry syrup
During your meal, be on the lookout for Goofy and Pluto decked out in their beach clothes! They’ll be making the rounds to visit each table for fuzzy hugs and silly photos.
The Vero Beach Character Breakfast is available on Saturdays only from 8:00 AM to noon.

Feast on a fusion of artfully prepared seafood delights for dinner, including Shrimp and Cheddar Grits served with pineapple chutney and coconut leek cream, Bacon-crusted Salmon with potato gnocchi and vegetables and sustainable fish served Oscar-style with crab hollandaise and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Or satiate your palate with such savory specialties as the Signature Burger, which emulates a Turtle Shell with our house-made bun.
