The attentive Cast at Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is eager to help you on your journey from Once Upon a Time to Happily Ever After. As you plan your perfect wedding, they are available to assist you with creative decisions, such as selecting linens and recommending vendors, as well as practical details like guiding you through Florida marriage license laws.

The resort offers a maximum of 211 sleeping rooms available for your wedding party and Guests.

Whether indoor or outdoor, large or intimate, we’ll help you find the ideal spot for your ceremony and reception.

Ceremony Locations

Disney’s Vero Beach Resort, though small by Walt Disney World standards, proudly offers 2 spectacular location options for your wedding ceremony:

  • Croquet Lawn: Step outside the back door of the main building of the resort into this picturesque area, with a lush green lawn, a landscaped border, and the ocean just beyond.
  • Beachside Boardwalk: This intimate location overlooks the ocean and is a lovely setting for wedding ceremonies with up to 40 guests. Available at different times seasonally.
  • Green Cabin Room Porch: Located on the 2nd floor overlooking the ocean. Available for Wedding Toast Receptions from sunrise to 2:30 pm for up to 20 guests including the couple.

Reception Location

The SeaGrape Banquet Room can accommodate up to 60 Guests for a seated reception and includes a dance floor and room for a DJ or small band.

  • Intimate Wedding Celebration: Up to 10 guests including the couple starting at $5,500.*
  • 2 Hearts Memories Collection: For Couple only starting at $4,000.*
  • Sunrise Wedding & Celebration: Up to 20 guests starting at $8,000.*
  • Customized Wedding Celebration: Up to 75 guests starting at $12,000.* Choices include ceremony venue, food and beverage offerings, cake, and florals.
